About the event
This is a group session Somatic Release Breathwork session. Not only will pariticpants experiance the healing benefits of SRBW at a reduced rate, they will get to feel the power of attending a group event.
Please bring a Yoga mat or similar to use during the group session. Bring your own water and please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your space and complete any event paperwork.
